NANCY FELTHOUSEN RIDENOUR- SECOND CAREER AS A PHOTOGRAPHER
When I retired from teaching biology for 32 years at Ithaca High School, I took a course in Photoshop at TC3 in Dryden. That class transformed my retirement into an active second career in art. I converted an apartment in my home into a second story studio that overlooks the garden and large lotus pond. Over 500 lotus flowers bloom in the summer and provide a gorgeous background to Lotus Studios. One of my recent projects has been to incorporate Cornell buildings, sculptures, and plantings in an artful photograph.
